By using this website you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. In addition, when you use any current or future Indigharana.com service or visit or purchase from any business affiliated with Indigharana.com, whether or not included in the Indigharana Website, you also will be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service or business.

Product Descriptions
Indigharana and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Indigharana does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Indigharana itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Pricing
Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website, whether in Foreign Currency or Indian Rupees represents the full price of the product and international shipping charges, unless specified otherwise in the Shipping Fees.

With respect to items sold on Indigharana, we charge your credit card before your order has entered the shipping process. For any reason if we are not able to ship you products as per your order, we will intimate you electronically and refund the value of the products not available. Any additional Shipping Fees, if applicable, will not be refunded.

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalogue may be mispriced. If we discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following:

• If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
• If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
• Please note that this policy applies only to products sold and shipped by Indigharana.

The prices displayed on this site are quoted in Indian Rupees which you can view in your preferred currency using the currency converter link. This currency converter is only indicative and a value added tool. The actual amount to be paid by you will be the equivalent amount in the currency of your credit card, as per the conversions done by your bank / credit card provider on the date of billing.

Shipping
All of Indigharana orders are shipped door-to-door from our warehouse in Hyderabad, Telangana, India to your provided shipping address via Delhivery. Processing the order normally takes 2 working days and then Shipping normally takes 4-6 working days.

Shipping destinations offered by Indigharana  for delivery will be extended and updated from time to time and listed online.

We do not ship backorders. We aim to keep every item on our website in stock. If there is an item which you purchase and then we realize this item is not available, we will promptly inform you within 2 working days of your purchase and fully refund your money for the out of stock item.

We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders. We cannot ship to Post Office Box addresses and take no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case the delivery address includes P. O. Box details in any part or form.

Delhivery will attempt delivery 3 times at the delivery address specified by you in the order, before they contact us that your package is not deliverable. You can track the package through the Order Tracking facility. If the package status is shown as undeliverable please call Delhivery’s Customer Service at their local number and quote your tracking number to trace your package.

Duties And Taxes

All of Indigharana orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse in Hyderabad, Telangana, India to your provided shipping address via Delhivery . Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with UPS to customs clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep. If you are presented with an invoice from UPS for import duties and taxes, you will have to pay UPS directly at the time of delivery. Indigharana takes no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address and will not provide any refunds in such cases.

Exchanges, Returns And Refunds
Indigharana will replace the product free of cost only if you receive a defective product. Exchanges or returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. You will need to fill out a Returns and Exchanges form which is available on the website under Returns and Exchanges slab. Once we receive your paperwork and returned goods, we will ship your replacement free of cost or issue a refund for the cost of the goods to the original credit card depending on your preference. Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the US return address.

Sizing
The fit of our clothing depends on the cut, fabric and style of each garment. Some garments are designed to have a looser, relaxed fit and some garments are styled to be more fitted. Please review our sizing guide to select the size best suited to you.

Product Properties And Wash Care
All of Indigharana's products are handcrafted using the finest natural fibres. The subtle variations in colour, texture and finish are intrinsic to hand made products. Our products involve crafts-based traditions of hand spinning, dying, weaving, wood block printing and embroidery. We use both vegetable dyes and commercial dyes with the goal of minimizing our impact on the environment while striving for the best colour properties. An irregular weave or print is not a defect - handloom by definition means uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.

Colours: We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

Reds and blues tend to run. Please always wash like colours together and dry inside out in the shade. Silks must only be dry cleaned.

Whilst we try and ensure that the details, descriptions and prices of the products displayed on the Website are accurate, errors may occur. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fulfil any order that you may place based on such erroneous, inaccurate or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.

By visiting Indigharana, you agree that the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the Telangana High Court, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Indigharana or its affiliates.

Disputes

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Indigharana or to products you purchase through Indigharana shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Telangana, India, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Indigharana's intellectual property rights, Indigharana may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any court in India or internationally, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing under the Indian Arbitration Act. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
